4) Represented the landlord, Encino Gardens, LLC, and the tenant, Carlos Torres, in an office lease at 17337 Ventura Blvd., Ste. 206 in Encino, CA.
5) Represented the landlord, Sherman Ventura Investments, LLC, in the lease of an office lease located at Corbell Plaza at 15456 Ventura Blvd., Ste. 100 in Sherman Oaks, CA to the tenant, Bradley Brownstein.

Barbakow attributes his success to his aggressive marketing efforts, hands-on approach, and significant presence in the market. Barbakow provided the following example, “Within a couple days of recently being retained as the listing agent for the building located at 18663 Ventura Blvd. in Tarzana, my market knowledge and broker relationships led to a tenant looking at a 3,500 square foot space in that project and agreeing to lease the suite, which had been previously vacant for over two years.”
