Firm Announces Arrival of San Francisco Partner Allan Low
San Francisco, CA – September 27, 2010 – (RealEstateRama) — International law firm Nixon Peabody LLP announces the arrival of partner Allan E. Low. A resident in the firm’s San Francisco office, Mr. Low will be a member of the real estate practice group focused on real estate finance, transactions and real estate development projects. He joins Nixon Peabody from Luce Forward in San Francisco.

Mr. Low represents financial institutions and lenders in connection with loan originations, loan modifications, loan workouts, troubled debt restructuring, forbearance agreements, receiverships, and deed in lieu transactions. Mr. Low also represents buyers, sellers, and owners of real property on the purchase and sale of single assets and portfolio transactions, leasing, lease amendments, lease restructuring, and enforcement of leases. Mr. Low’s practice additionally includes the representation of property owners on subdivisions, easements, and other land sharing arrangements, and on zoning amendments, special use districts, variances, conditional use permits, and obtaining and defending the issuance of permits and other land use entitlements.

Mr. Low earned his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of Law and his B.S. from the University of California, Berkeley.
