Robert M. Davis joins NAI Capital’s Orange County office most recently from his advisory positions at CBRE and Grubb & Ellis. In his new role at NAI Capital as Senior Vice President, Davis will continue to concentrate in office investments and leasing. Davis has over 30 years of comprehensive experience in all phases of office development, leasing and sales has resulted in over 2,300 transactions representing $1.75B in transaction value. Davis is a recipient of CB Richard Ellis’ National Distinguished Achievement Award and is a Distinguished Past President of the Kiwanis Club of Corona del Mar. A few of his major clients include: The Irvine Company, Legacy Partners Commercial and Northern Trust.
Steve K. Freshour joins NAI Capital’s Ontario office most recently as Vice President at Grubb & Ellis Company and Associate as DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services. In his new role at NAI Capital as Vice President, Freshour will continue to specialize in industrial land and new development properties throughout the Inland Empire. Freshour is a member of the the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE).
Myron Sokolsky joins NAI Capital Encino office most recently as Vice President of Retail with Grubb & Ellis Company in the firm’s West Los Angeles office. His retail clients include Citibank, Room & Board, Capital Source Bank, Morton’s Steakhouse, Patagonia and Verizon Wireless. Prior to Grubb & Ellis, Sokolsky spent six years with Century Commercial Brokerage as Vice President in their retail division. Sokolsky’s expertise originated with a previous career as President and CEO of The Factory, an off-price men’s fashion retailer with multiple stores in Southern California. In his new role at NAI Capital as Vice President, Sokolsky brings over 16 years of retail consulting experience to NAI Capital where he will continue representing national, regional and local retail tenants.
Douglas A. Mathews joins NAI Capital’s Orange County office most recently from the Grubb & Ellis Newport Beach office where he spent twenty-one years, in addition to his six years in the Silicon Valley. He has exclusively handled the sales and marketing of multiple large-scale master-planned business parks in Orange County; working extensively on the sales and leasing of both
buildings and land. His focus is on representing office, research and development, and industrial tenants and owners, as well as clients seeking to acquire and dispose of investment property. Mathews has completed transactions valued in excess of $400 million. In his new post at NAI Capital as a Senior Vice President, he will continue to specialize in office, industrial and investment properties.
Brian Bethea joins NAI Capital’s Orange County office most recently from his own development and management firm, Alturas Investment Properties. Prior to owing his own firm, Mr. Bethea spent 23 years of brokerage experience with CB Richard Ellis in the sale and leasing of retail properties. In his new role at NAI Capital as a Senior Vice President, Bethea will continue to specializing in retail and investments and focus on buyer and seller representation and the sale of single and multi-tenant net leased investments. Bethea is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Brian Loring joins NAI Capital’s Pasadena office as Vice President specializing in multifamily investments. Since 2009 Loring has served as Founder and President of Alliance West Asset Services, a Glendale-based asset management firm. His previous multifamily and commercial real estate sales experience includes advisory positions with Hendricks & Partners, Inc. and Grubb & Ellis Company. Loring’s client base includes apartment owners throughout the San Gabriel Valley and Tri-Cities. He is an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE).
Stephen Robertson joins NAI Capital’s Santa Clarita Valley office most recently from Ramsey-Shilling Company and almost nine years at DAUM Commercial Real Estate. Steve has been in the commercial real estate profession for almost 30 years and his background includes development, accounting, acquisitions and asset management prior to focusing on brokerage in 1995. He has become a specialist in industrial, retail, office and medical leasing and sales in the Santa Clarita Valley and surrounding areas.
Robertson has maintained a loyal clientele for whom he has provided exclusive representation
for over a decade. He has qualified for several President’s Club awards as well as being recognized by the San Fernando Valley Business Journal as a Top Producer. Robertson’s background and professionalism have allowed him to represent several major clients; including Arden Realty, Bank of America and The Bradmore Group.
Barry Blake joins NAI Capital’s Temecula Valley office most recently ten years as Principal & Co-Founder at Trends Retail Advisors (“TRA”), a Southern California based brokerage services and consultation firm serving the needs of retail commercial developers, regional/national tenants and landlords through development services, syndication, tenant representation and leasing throughout much of Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino and North Orange Counties. Previous to TRA, Blake was a Senior Associate at CB Richard Ellis and Grubb & Ellis Company. With over 20 years of experience, Blake has developed a solid base of clients throughout much of Southern California, including relationships with major SoCal developers and national chain tenants. In his new role as Senior Vice President at NAI Capital, Blake will continue to expand his retail, restaurant, and investment sales business in addition to hospitality and development acquisition assignments throughout Temecula Valley and the Inland Empire.
Robin C. Treen joins NAI Capital’s Temecula Valley office most recently from AIP Commercial Brokerage and nine years as Senior Vice President at Sperry Van Ness. With over 22 years of commercial real estate experience, Robin has closed more than 1,900 transactions and through aggressive marketing plans, he has assisted his clients in maximizing the value of their assets and businesses. In his new post at NAI Capital as a Senior Vice President, Treen will continue to specialize in retail, industrial and office leasing and sales. Treen is also past President of the La Sierra Area Business Council and recently appointed to the Mayor’s Commission on Disabilities, addressing Americans with Disability Act (ADA) related building issues.
