The project was 100% occupied at the time of the sale with a diverse mix of tenants, including business services, manufacturing and furniture importer. Built in 2002, this Centre Pointe Business Park consists of two buildings totalling 47,855 square feet of rentable space situated on 3.64 acres of land. It is comprised of 19 units ranging from 1,807 square feet to 5,730 square feet.
Yair Haimoff, executive vice president and branch manager of NAI Capital’s Valencia office represented the buyer. “The buyer believed in the long term investment quality of this project and decided to add it to his investment portfolio,” Yair stated. “This presented my client the opportunity to acquire an asset with historically stable income in a strong industrial submarket of the San Fernando Valley,” he added.
Amenities and retailers in the area include the City of Santa Clarita Aquatic Park, Walmart, Sam’s Club, Home Depot & LA Fitness.
