Merit Property Management Hires Kristie Rose, PCAM, CCAM, as Business Unit Leader for the Inland Empire Region
Rose brings over eight years of community management experience to Merit’s Inland Empire team
Inland Empire, CA – December 1, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — Merit Property Management, a FirstService Residential Management company, announces today the hiring of Kristie Rose, PCAM, CCAM, as Business Unit Leader for the Inland Empire region. Rose is now responsible for the supervision of Merit’s current association community management clients and will also coordinate and manage new contracts, maintain client relations and spearhead Merit’s continued growth throughout the Inland Empire region. She will also supervise account executive staff and association onsite teams.
Rose brings over eight years of community management experience with portfolio and master-planned communities. She is an active member in both the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and the California Association of Community Managers (CACM). She earned professional designations from CAI as a Professional Community Association Manager and from CACM as a Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM®). Rose is a recipient of CAI’s Inland Empire Rookie Manager of the Year Award and currently serves as a board member for the CAI Greater Inland Empire Board of Directors working on the Monte Carlo Committee and the Manager Education Committee.
