Price leads MERIT’s Northern California division and is positioning for growth in the region

Sacramento, CA – October 12, 2009 – (RealEstateRama) — MERIT, a leading provider of professional community association and rental management services, promoted Joe Price to Northern California Vice President of Community Management. Price will be responsible for leading the Northern California division while positioning for growth in the East Bay, Central Valley, Stockton and San Francisco markets.

Price has extensive experience with homeowners associations, having served on various boards of directors throughout the last 10 years. Price attended California State University, Sacramento and is active in local industry and community groups including the California Association of Community Managers, Community Associations Institute, Executive Council of Homeowners, Northern California Special Olympics Softball and is volunteers as coach to a non-profit girls club softball team in Carmichael. He currently works out of MERIT’s Folsom, Stockton and San Ramon offices and resides in Carmichael.
