Lee & Associates Valuation Announces New Indianapolis Office
Torrance, CA – May 29, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — Lee & Associates Valuation and Consulting Services continues to expand its national presence with the opening of its Indianapolis office. Anelena Ackerly joins the new office of Lee & Associate Valuation, the appraisal service line of national commercial real estate firm Lee & Associates.

In January, Lee & Associates, a national full-service commercial brokerage firm, launched Lee & Associates Valuation and Consulting Services. Boring and Chief Financial Officer Victor Segrest head the national service line which is based in Atlanta. Lee & Associates has 48 offices across the nation with plans to expand.
A well-known and respected veteran with 20 plus years of experience, Ackerly is responsible for the preparation of real estate appraisals, rent analyses and market studies in the Midwest. She has worked with a broad range of local and national clients including developers, not-for-profit organizations, law firms and public agencies. Her assignments include valuation and advisory services on existing and proposed multi-family development, office, industrial, retail, hotel, mixed-use, agricultural and special-purpose properties. Ackerly’s specialized experience includes highest and best use, market and feasibility studies for development, leasehold interest, fractional interest, estate planning, financing, equity participation, right of way, court dispositions, tax appeals and low income housing tax credit analyses.
