Lee & Associates Ontario Completes 11,460-SF Office Sale
Torrance, CA – June 27, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — Lee & Associates, the nation’s largest broker-owned commercial brokerage firm, has closed on the $2.3 million sale of an 11,440-square-foot office building located at 1160 Nicole Court, in Glendora, Calif.
Senior VP Todd Launchbaugh of Lee & Associates’ Ontario office represented seller Gerald Properties, LLC. Buyer Southern California Public Power Authority was represented by Kevin Duffy and Scott Crawshaw of CB Richard Ellis.
The two-story, 1986-built structure is located in the prestigious Glendora Commerce Center with close proximity to the 210 and 57 freeways. The building was formerly occupied by Carson Industries, LLC.
“Given the proximity to the 210/57 interchange, the office building was a very desirable investment,” said Launchbaugh. “Additionally, the building is centrally located between the cities that the Southern California Public Power Authority serves.”
Launchbaugh also represents the same property owner in the sale of its manufacturing facility in La Verne, Calif., which was also formerly occupied by Carson Industries.
