Lee & Associates Negotiates $11 Million Multi-Year Lease

NEWPORT BEACH, CA – September 17, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — Sept. 17, 2013—Lee & Associates, one of the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firms in the country, has facilitated the $11 million multi-year lease of 9351 Jeronimo Road in Irvine.<br /> The property is part of a four-building campus which features mid-tech and manufacturing space.<span id="more-2685"></span></p> <p>Gary McArdell and John Collins of Lee’s Newport Beach office represented the tenant Georg Fischer, LLC, which is the North American division of the Georg Fischer AG’s Piping Systems group.
