Hanover is multilingual in six languages and has serviced worldwide clients. She holds two bachelor’s degrees in design from the London Metropolitan University and The University of Westminster and a master degree in architecture from the Architectural Association, London.</p> <p>Stormo began her work in commercial real estate with a focus in land acquisitions and sales and will be based out of the Los Olivos office. She closed an average of 25 land transactions annually during her first three years in real estate and has experience in upper tier transactions. In addition to land acquisitions, Stormo specializes in commercial leases and multifamily properties. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of California, Santa Barbara.</p> <p>With over 25 years of real estate experience, Vior specializes in office, retail and industrial commercial leasing in Santa Barbara, Ventura, Santa Rosa and San Luis Obispo counties.
