Lee & Associates Closes $6.7 Million CVS Sale in Chula Vista

Torrance, CA – October 10, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Lee & Associates, one of the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firms in the country, has closed the $6.7 million sale of a 15,000-square-foot retail property located at 16 3rd Avenue Extension, Chula Vista, Calif.

Ryan Litrich, a principal with Lee & Associates’ North San Diego County office, represented the seller, Butte Properties in the transaction. Cushman & Wakefield represented the buyer, JWCI Chula Vista, LLC.

Litrich mentioned that he received multiple offers on this property and that this was an all-cash transaction. “This was another terrific example of our company selling outstanding, investment grade Southern California real estate at record breaking prices. This 24-hour CVS location sits at a great corner and over 165,000 people reside within three miles.”

Tenants in the adjacent retail center include Starbucks and Gamestop. The CVS property is situated across the street from the South Bay Marketplace shopping center and major retailers in the immediate area include Target, Wal-Mart, Ross and Best Buy.
