Lee & Associates Closes $2.5 Million Sale of Industrial Park

Torrance, CA – January 10, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers with regional expertise, representing the seller, brokered a $2.5 million sale of the Edna Grandview Business Park, located at 525-601 E. Edna Park Place in Covina, Calif.

Todd Launchbaugh, a principal and senior vice president of Lee’s Ontario office, and Justin Leewood, an associate, represented the undisclosed seller of the 61,175 square foot multi-tenant industrial park. George Robins of George Robins Real Estate represented the buyer, Cobblestone Properties, LLC.
“This property, which consists of five buildings and 18 units, will be a pure investment to the buyer. Tenants will most likely be light industrial, such as machine shops and contractors,” said Launchbaugh.
