Kennedy Wilson Auctions and Sells 31 New Homes In Oxnard in 90 Minutes
BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. (December 3, 2007) – Kennedy Wilson Auction Group, a division of the national real estate services and investment firm Kennedy Wilson, conducted a special close out auction of 31 new homes in the gated community of Westwind in Oxnard, California on December 2, 2007. The homes featured classic Spanish traditional style architecture with private yards, and are located a short distance from Pacific Coast Highway and only minutes from the beach.
This auction was the first new home auction in Oxnard in 2007 and represented an unprecedented opportunity for home buyers to purchase a new home of their choice at excellent prices. Bidding on the homes was very active and most homes sold in the $400,000’s. These homebuyers were able to purchase new homes at substantial savings.

The auction, took place at the Residence Inn by Marriott at River Ridge Hotel, in Oxnard, California.
The Westwind homes featured three- and four-bedrooms, some with lofts, two and three bathrooms and ranged in size from 1695 square feet to 1864 square feet.
