An additional tenant is slated to occupy the remaining space and will open soon.</p> <p>“The City of Sacramento was very helpful in fast-tracking approvals to accommodate our very compressed development and construction schedule,” said Aaron Hodgdon, President of Hodgdon Group. “Vice Mayor Angelique Ashby and Michelle Kille, Director of Public Policy; along with Greg Bitter of the planning department were very helpful.”</p> <p>Hodgdon adds, “We completed the build out in a compressed schedule to meet the October opening. We couldn’t have accomplished this without a close working relationship with the city and all of our sub-contractors.”</p> <p>Hodgdon Group’s Dan Wallner served as Project Manager and John Rigamonti as Superintendent.
