GEORGE SMITH PARTNERS HIRES FINANCING EXPERT STEPHEN STEIN
LOS ANGELES, CA – May 8, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Commercial real estate investment banking firm George Smith Partners has announced the addition of Stephen Stein as a Vice President for the company, strengthening its ability to help clients select and craft capital structures which best suit their needs, according to Steve Bram, Principal and Managing Director of George Smith Partners.

Prior to joining GSP, Stein served as Regional Manager and First Vice President for Marcus & Millichap. In this role, he was responsible for leading other regional managers and more than 150 sales professionals throughout California in navigating the commercial real estate market. Stein has been involved with more than 1,000 transactions involving apartment, retail, office, self-storage, single tenant, land and golf properties across the country.

Stein received his Bachelor of Science degree in marketing and advertising from Arizona State University, Tempe. He is involved in multiple Los Angeles-based charities including the Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles, Los Angeles Children’s Hospital and The Boys and Girls Club.
