IRVINE, CA – February 11, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — Award-winning KTGY Group, Inc., Architecture and Planning, is pleased to announce that Diane’s Beachwear, which offers the latest in swimwear clothing and accessories, will be opening its newest store in Scottsdale, Ariz., at the Scottsdale Quarter in early March 2011. The new 1,200-square-foot flagship store represents the 19-store chain’s debut outside of California. Irvine, Calif.-based KTGY is the architect for the new Diane’s Beachwear store.
Diane’s Beachwear, the chain’s primary store brand, has a large selection of mix and match separates, cover-ups, accessories, and sportswear. Diane’s top selling brands include: Sunsets, L*Space, Vitamin A, Becca, Vix, & Billabong. Some of Diane’s stores now carry “Kid’s Beachwear” and “Men’s Beachwear” to suit the ultimate beachwear family.

Skyline Development and Construction of Norco, Calif., is the general contractor. Skyline selected KTGY as the designer for the new Arizona flagship store. “The new Scottsdale store front will be made entirely of glass to highlight Diane’s extensive beachwear selections,” says Craig Chinn, KTGY studio director in Irvine. “It is a beautiful, clean, contemporary design that is an exciting addition to the growing list of new tenants at the popular Scottsdale Quarter.”
Chinn continues, “Working as a design-build team with Skyline Development and Construction saved the project time and money since we worked together with Diane’s from the start and kept the design in-line with the budget.”
Diane’s Beachwear will join retailers A/X Armani Exchange, west elm, Williams-Sonoma Home, H&M, Nike, Apple and iPic Theaters at the Scottsdale Quarter. Scottsdale Quarter is located at 15279 N. Scottsdale Road in Scottsdale, Ariz.
