Torrance, CA – December 17, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Daniel W. Finley has joined the national real estate law firm Pircher, Nichols & Meeks. An associate in the Los Angeles office, he is an addition to the firm’s real estate practice.
Prior to joining Pircher, Nichols & Meeks, Finley worked as a real estate associate at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP in New York. While there he represented landlords, tenants, purchasers, sellers, lenders and borrowers in connection with the leasing of office and retail space, the acquisition and disposition of office, retail, residential and hotel properties and the origination of commercial mortgage and mezzanine financings. Before working at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP., he was a real estate associate at King & Spalding LLP. in New York.
Finley received his J.D. cum laude in 2004 from New York University School of Law, where he received the Dean’s Scholarship, was named a Robert McKay Scholar as a result of placing in the top quartile of his class and worked as the staff editor for the Journal of Legislation and Public Policy. He graduated from the University of Washington in 2001 and holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics.
