Colliers International Negotiates the Del Amo Financial Center Office Lease in Torrance, Calif.
Torrance, CA – April 12, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — Colliers International, the second largest global real estate services organization, has negotiated a 64-month office lease for a property located at 21605 Hawthorne Blvd. Pavilion C, Suite 200, Torrance, CA 90503. The transaction is valued at approximately $1 million.
The property, the Del Amo Financial Center, consists of two office towers and four freestanding pavilion buildings located in the heart of the South Bay.
Geoff Ludwig, senior vice president, Eric Lastition, senior vice president, and Greg Walsh, vice president, all based in Colliers International’s Torrance office represented the landlord, Jamison Properties. The tenant, The Natural Scientist, LLC, an educational tutoring academy, was represented by Jeff Turek of Re/Max Commercial.
