Colliers International Completes $8.775 Million Sale of The Claremont Business Park in Claremont, Calif.
Claremont, CA – January 25, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Colliers International, the third largest global real estate services organization, has completed the sale of, The Claremont Business Park, located at 240-260 S. York Place, 700 W. Wharton Drive, and 759 W. Arrow Hwy in Claremont, Calif. The transaction is valued at $8,775,000. Built in 1988, The Claremont Business Park consists of five single-tenant buildings and one multi-tenant building with a total square footage of 69,428 on 3.86 acres. The project is 100% leased.
Lee A. McCullough, based in Colliers International’s Irvine office, represented the Buyer, a private investor. The Seller, Claremont Business Park LLC, was represented by Bob Griffith and Steven Ward of Grubb & Ellis.
