Chuze Fitness is Coming to Orchard Plaza in Rancho Cucamonga

The company based out of Carlsbad, CA will open its thirteenth location in California at Orchard Plaza, 9080 Foothill Blvd, in Rancho Cucamonga, Calif. Talavera, represented owner C-III Asset Management, LLC in the transaction.
Orchard Plaza is a 145,957 square foot community retail center on a prominent retail street in the Airport Area submarket of the Inland Empire. Chuze Fitness will join Orchard Plaza’s tenant roster which includes Big Lots, Factory 2 U, Avis, Avenue Clothing, MetroPCS and the City of Rancho Cucamonga Family Sports Center. The project has outstanding demographics; 331,781 people live within a 5 mile radius with a $78,815 average household income surrounded by excellent retail amenities.
