Torrance, CA – December 4, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Christopher L. Muno has joined the national real estate law firm Pircher, Nichols & Meeks as an associate in its Los Angeles office. He is an addition to the firm’s real estate practice group.
Prior to joining Pircher, Nichols & Meeks, Muno worked as a real estate associate in the Los Angeles office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP. While there he represented commercial and investment banks and other financial institutions, borrowers, lenders, institutional and non-institutional investors and operators in connection with the acquisition, financing, development, construction, leasing, operation and disposition of various commercial real estate asset classes, including vacant land, hotels, multi-family, office, retail, industrial and mixed-use buildings as well as shopping centers. Additionally, Muno has experience representing operating and capital partners in connection with the formation of joint ventures and the drafting and negotiation of joint venture agreements and advising borrowers and lenders in connection with the restructuring of existing financing and the acquisition of distressed and non-distressed debt.
A member of Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of California, Muno received his J.D. in 2009 from University of Chicago Law School. He graduated cum laude from Boston College in 2005 and holds a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy.
