Auction.com Names Former SuccessFactors’ Executive Bruce Felt as Chief Financial Officer

Torrance, CA – January 08, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — Auction.com (http://www.auction.com/), the world’s largest online real estate marketplace, today announced that Bruce Felt has been named executive vice president and chief financial officer. Most recently, he served as chief financial officer of SuccessFactors, a leading provider of cloud-based human capital management solutions that was acquired by SAP. Felt oversees the company’s financial operations and is based in the company’s Silicon Valley office.

Felt brings nearly 25 years of experience in financial operations and management at high growth companies in the technology sector, including six years at SuccessFactors. During his tenure at SuccessFactors, he led the company through its IPO, significant growth, six acquisitions and its $3.4 billion sale to SAP. Prior to joining SuccessFactors, Felt was chief financial officer of several leading software companies including LANDesk Software, Integral Development Corp. and FullTime Software. He was also founder, chief financial officer and director of sales for Renaissance Software and a senior manager at Deloitte & Touche. Felt earned a BS in Accounting from the University of South Carolina and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. He is a board member of YouSendIt.
