Seller H&H Properties was represented by Senior Vice Presidents Brian Garbutt and Phil Cohen of Lee & Associates’ Irvine office. The property was purchased by TWR Properties, LLC, which was represented by Dennis and Jordan De Meis of Southwest Commercial.
Located at 14262 Franklin Ave., not far from Orange County’s John Wayne Airport, the 1982-buit asset consists of two units that are fully leased.
“This transaction lends proof that industrial investor market activity in this Orange County locale is heating up once again,” Garbutt said. “This is one of the first industrial investment sales the airport area had in this price range.”
