The 34 single family homes up for auction were all sold on Saturday, October 13, 2007 at the Hilton Pleasanton in Pleasanton, Calif. At a second closeout auction held the next day at the Dolce Hayes Mansion Resort in San Jose, Calif., 22 single-family homes were sold in the developer's Teal Landing project in Los Banos, Calif. “Excitement continued the following day as all 22 Teal Landing houses went to bidders in less than one hour,” Winchell continued.
