November 17, 2010 – (RealEstateRama) — Lee & Associates is proud to announce that Hank Antis has joined the San Diego-UTC office as a senior associate. He specializes in industrial real estate in both tenant/purchaser representation and project leasing.

Antis’s real estate career started in 1984 in New Orleans, his home town. There, he brokered until 2005 with Latter & Blum, Inc., specializing in industrial real estate brokerage. During his tenure, Antis was selected by EastGroup Properties, a national REIT, to be project leasing manager for one of New Orleans’ most successful properties, Riverbend Industrial Park. In 2005, Antis was recruited by The Trammell Crow Company to be the vice president of the San Diego Industrial Division and in 2009, he formed H. Antis Real Estate, Inc. specializing in tenant/purchaser representation.
Antis received his bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of South West Louisiana in 1973. He received his SIOR designation in 1999 and is a member of the Otay Mesa Chamber of Commerce.
