Grant Fulkerson Named a Principal of Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura

Fulkerson, an industrial broker, specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial properties and development land throughout the Eastern Ventura County and Conejo Valley markets. He is based in Lee’s Calabasas office.
In 2010, Fulkerson transacted over 1.5 million square feet of property sales and leases valued at approximately $46.5 million.
