Martens started with Lee & Associates during his sophomore year at St. Mary’s College as a summer intern before going full time in 2009. He focuses on the 880 corridor and was involved in over 45 industrial lease and sale transactions last year. Additionally, Martens has successfully represented combined transactions with a total consideration value in excess of $40 million.
Martens holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from St. Mary’s College.
