The building was built in 1962 and is currently occupied by Century 21 Real Estate on the ground floor.
The building is well-positioned on the major thoroughfare of 17th Street with over 70,000 cars per day and is located less than five miles from three of Orange County’s premier destinations – Disneyland Resorts, which attract approximately 22 million visitors per year, Angels Stadium and the Anaheim Convention Center, which hosts more than 100 events and attracts approximately 12 million visitors annually.
The buyer, a family trust from Orange County, Calif., was represented by Joseph Lising of Marcus & Millichap in Irvine, CA. The seller, a private investor based in Apple Valley, Calif., was represented by Selznick.
