Coldwell Banker’s Brian Westre Named Realtor® of the Year for 2011
Torrance, CA – January 26, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Brian Westre has been named REALTOR® of the Year for 2011 by the San Diego Association of REALTORS® (SDAR). A San Diego resident since the age of eight, Westre has an in-depth knowledge of the San Diego real estate market and has continuously been a top producer at the Coldwell Banker Rancho Bernardo office for several years.

Currently in his fourth year on the board of directors for SDAR, Westre has also served on the board of directors for the California Association of REALTORS® for the past three years. Along with his dedication among local industry committees, Westre also holds several designations including: CRS® (Certified Residential Specialist®), CDPE® (Certified Distressed Property Expert®), RCS-D™ (Real Estate Collaborative Specialist-Divorce™), SRES® (Senior Real Estate Specialist®), e-PRO®, and CNS (Certified Negotiation Specialist), allowing him to expertly handle the most difficult real estate transactions and ensuring a smooth process throughout.
In addition to his deep-rooted industry involvement, Westre remains active in his local community and has served on many board of directors including Rancho Bernardo High School, Rancho Bernardo Girls Softball League, Penasquitos Lutheran Church and High Country West Homeowners Association.
