Central Coast Regional MLS offers zipFormMLS-Connect®
LOS ANGELES, CA – August 15, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Real Estate Business Services® (REBS®), the subsidiary of the CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (C.A.R.), today announced that Central Coast Regional MLS (CCRMLS) is providing access to the time saving zipFormMLS-Connect® feature for its members. This will offer agents easy accessibility to MLS information while inside of their forms as well as get parties to the signing table quickly. Five local Associations (AORs) of CCRMLS are offering zipFormMLS-Connect® as a member benefit (Atascadero AOR, Paso Robles AOR, Pismo Coast AOR, San Luis Obispo AOR, and Scenic Coast AOR). REALTORS® of the Santa Maria AOR can purchase access to zipFormMLS-Connect® individually.

zipFormMLS-Connect® enables the user to import data that is stored in MLS databases. This feature assists agents in accurately adding information to their transactions and eliminates such tedious tasks as retyping data from print-outs of a listing or having to login to an MLS service to access the information first before creating a transaction. zipFormMLS-Connect® greatly eases the transaction creation process.
For MLS providers, the zipFormMLS-Connect® solution offers a means of adding increased functionality to their service. Utilizing this technology helps streamline the transaction creation process while providing a service that adds tangible value and maintains the integrity of the information within the database.
