With 33 years of Victorville marketplace knowledge, Graeme Carr joins as senior associate. Prior to joining NAI Capital, Carr was consistently one of the top producers at Century 21 Fairway Realty. He was the recipient of the Century 21’s highest production award, the Grand Centurion-Producer. From 1982 until 2002, Carr operated a construction equipment rental business where he developed relationships with developers, investors, contractors and owners of commercial real estate in Victorville. Carr maintains an FAA private pilot’s license which has served him well in viewing rural parcels of land. He serves on the board of directors for Apple Valley Christian Care Center, Ridgecrest Business Park Maintenance Corporation and Saint Timothy’s School Foundation. His business experience, network sphere of influence and knowledge of the High Desert is of unsurpassed value to his clients.
Emelie Kwon, joins NAI Capital as senior associate. An economics alumna from UCLA, she holds a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, providing clients with an exceptional prowess for research and analytical evaluations of the real estate market. Kwon began her venture into real estate as a multifamily investor in Los Angeles in the 1990s and thereon expanded her holdings into Pasadena and later the High Desert. Born in Sweden, she is well versed in four languages. Emelie has a strong entrepreneurial spirit and an investor’s insight into the market. She successfully partnered in transactions totalling over $50 million in the past 2 years.
