Present Value Properties Names Shannon Labowitz-Coleman as Associate Broker
TUSTIN, CA – January 23, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Gregory A. Fisher, President of Present Value Properties, Inc., a full service retail real estate brokerage and consulting firm headquartered in Tustin, Calif., announced today that Shannon Labowitz-Coleman has been named an Associate Broker. She will be responsible for managing and sourcing new retailer and landlord representation assignments. Present Value Properties exclusively represents a variety of chain retailers throughout Southern California including GoldMax, Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt, and Southern Pizza Hut. The firm currently has 650,000 square feet of retail space listed throughout Southern California.
Labowitz-Coleman, the daughter of retail real estate industry veterans Bernie and Marcia Labowitz, started her career 20 years ago and has worked for several landlords and shopping center developers including ICI Development, Marketplace Properties and GVD, Inc. She has both managed and leased shopping centers and represented a national hair salon in its expansion throughout Southern California. Labowitz-Coleman most recently served as a Marketing Coordinator for Present Value Properties.
“I was raised in a retail real estate family and have experience in all phases of the real estate process,” said Labowitz-Coleman. “As a child, I remember my brother and I sitting in the backseat of the car while my dad looked at sites. We would drive for hours. As a teenager, I always looked forward every year to attending the national convention (ICSC) in Las Vegas. Real estate is in my blood,” Labowitz-Coleman explained.

Labowitz-Coleman is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and holds a California real estate salesperson license. She is a resident of Lake Forest.
