Community Associations Institute Honors Merit’s Inland Empire Manager Kristie Rose with Award
Kristie Rose, PCAM, CCAM, Wins CAI Manager of the Year Award for excellence in her field
Inland Empire, CA – December 15, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — Merit Property Management, a FirstService Residential Management company, announces today that Kristie Rose, PCAM, CCAM, Merit’s Inland Empire Business Unit Leader, was honored with the industry coveted Manager of the Year Award from the Community Associations Institute (CAI). More than 250 attended the award ceremony which took place at the Riverside Convention Center on December 8, 2011.
The Manager of the Year Award is presented to a manager that has displayed exemplary conduct in ethics, displays good communication skills and shows loyalty to the industry in service and education.
“I am honored to be recognized by this incredible group of my industry peers,” states Kristie Rose, PCAM, CCAM. “There are so many managers within the industry that deserve recognition for their incredible efforts and yet very few that will ever receive this praise. I feel grateful just being nominated and humbled to be the recipient of this award.”
Rose has over eight years of community management experience with portfolio and master-planned communities. She is an active member in both the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and the California Association of Community Managers (CACM). She earned professional designations from CAI as a Professional Community Association Manager and from CACM as a Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM®). Rose is a also a previous recipient of CAI’s Inland Empire Rookie Manager of the Year Award and currently serves as a board member for the CAI Greater Inland Empire Board of Directors working on the Monte Carlo Committee and the Manager Education Committee.
