Colliers International Recruits Eric Johnson to Real Estate Management Services in Southern California

Irvine, CA – December 5, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — Colliers International, the third largest real estate services organization globally, welcomes Eric Johnson to Real Estate Management Services (REMS). He will serve as Regional Managing Director for REMS’ Southern California region.

Johnson joins Colliers from Cushman & Wakefield where he led the Resolution Group and Receivership Services in the Southwest.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield through its acquisition of Burnham Real Estate Services in January 2008, Johnson was Senior Managing Director/Principal for Burnham, a firm specializing in developer services, investment, brokerage, and property and project management where he was responsible for management and day-to-day operations of the brokerage business unit. Before that, he served as Senior Vice President for Trammell Crow Company in Los Angeles with P&L responsibility for Southern California operations and oversight of a 38 million-square-foot investment portfolio and a 6 million-square-foot corporate facility portfolio.

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Communications from Brigham Young University, and is a Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM).
