Expansion increases Merit’s ability to provide community association services to Palm Desert communities

Palm Desert, CA – October 24, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — Merit Property Management, a FirstService Residential Management company, announces the relocation of their Palm Desert office due to rapid growth in the region. The expansion builds off of Merit’s 30 years of relationships with communities and board members. The relocation also creates an opportunity for Merit to implement sustainable green design principles by incorporating the use of low VOC materials in the construction of the space and office furniture.

“Our presence in the region is continually growing. Merit’s recent addition of the Ironwood community is a trend for us in Palm Desert,” states Palm Desert Business Unit Leader Daniel Farrar.

The Palm Desert office also just added Kristin Berryhill-Hood, a longtime resident of Coachella Valley, as an additional Community Manager.

The new space offers a large conference room that will be used to host training seminars and board meetings. Associations served include single-family, master-planned and golf course communities throughout Coachella Valley.
