Dennis Herzig Joins Lee & Associates as Vice President

SHERMAN OAKS, CA – June 30, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — Dennis Herzig, a specialist in the acquisition and sale of retail and office properties in the San Fernando Valley and throughout Southern California, has joined Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura, Inc. as a Vice President.

Herzig was previously with Investment Real Estate Associates (IREA) as a Senior Advisor, and, before that, Sperry Van Ness, where he held the position of Vice President. Before transitioning to a career in real estate, he was a television and cable news executive, most recently rising to the position of News Director for KCAL-Channel 9 in Los Angeles.
