Sacramento’s Premier Active Adult Community, Heritage Park, Selects MERIT for Property Management Services
Heritage Park will take advantage of MERIT’s Active Adult Adventure Program
Sacramento, CA – September 30, 2009 – (RealEstateRama) — The Heritage Park Homeowners Association has selected MERIT, a leading provider of professional community association and rental management services, to manage their 965 single family active adult community located in North Natomas area of Sacramento, CA. MERIT will assist the board of directors with daily operations to provide quality service as well as add a new adventure program for active adults.
MERIT assumes management responsibilities on October 1st and will host a complimentary welcome champagne toast and barbeque reception for Heritage Park residents on Sunday, October 18th, 2009 from 1pm-4pm.
“After careful consideration of management companies that could meet the needs of the Heritage Park community, MERIT was selected,” states Heritage Park Board President Judy Silva. “Their impressive growth in the northern California marketplace, their organizational focus on Active Adult communities and their genuine interest in Heritage Park made them the company of choice. Our community is delighted that the MERIT has joined our team.”
“MERIT is excited to introduce Heritage Park residents with industry leading programming called the “Active Adult Adventure Program” which includes Wii rooms, skydiving, mountain biking, white water rafting, on site college programs and medical/health seminars,” states Scott Hylser, Vice President of Active Adult for MERIT.
“Age is not a number, but an attitude. Even if residents don’t actually go skydiving, being a part of the community that offers adventure programs creates excitement and energy. Our goal is for residents to take a vacation without leaving their community,” adds Hysler.
Heritage Park currently offers a business center, game room, library, a pub and snack bar and The Clubhouse at Heritage Park. The gated, master-planned community is comprised of wide, tree-lined promenades for walking and biking as well as five individual parks with horseshoe pits, badminton, gardening plots and tennis, volley ball, basketball and bocce ball courts.
MERIT’s maintains a dedicated active adult division to serve active adult communities throughout the state of California.
